XD-355 service menu at DVinfo.net

Hi all,

So, just got a 355 back from the Engineer. "Service" is now listed in the menu.
Two questions, 1. How did it get there? 2. How does one remove it?
I'm having an issue loading scene files in that I get " Available to user only!! Is this related to the service menu being activated?

Yes, I'm new to the forum and new XDcam user.

FYI,

Under left hand side panel. It is the top dip switch in a series of switches above left white ribbon.
To the right is on, to left is off.
