Scene Files on PDW-F355

The scene files Sony has posted for the F350 are not compatible with the F355. Sony says a firmware upgrade in the future will allow crossover compatibility but they are not sure when it will be released. Just curious if anyone has a text document showing the settings used for Sony scene files on the F350 so I can enter them manually.

Thanks

Hi Mike,

Unfortunately, the scene files aren't in a text readable format and there are so many parameters involved that I'm not sure anyone has written any down by hand. I know I haven't.

Interesting to know about that incompatibility.

I found these settings very helpful for a general f330 setting :

(scroll down to detailed settings)

includes matrix settings as well.

Kind regards

Sony supplied document

Thanks Uli. I also just received an email from the Sony support center with an Excel spreadsheet of all the settings. If anyone needs it just email me.

Why don't you just upload it so we can all see it, Mike?

Hmmm. When I start a thread response there's a window below the message entry form that has a "manage attachment" button the permits me to attach files of the designated types. Are you saying you don't see this attachment window?

Hey Uli - Thanks for taking the time to do that (like others I could not get the files to download from the Sony page either), looking forward to trying these out in some tests we are doing.
