F70 firmware 1.620
First things first I guess I should say Hi…
Ive been reading these posts for about a year now and have found them very helpful so thanks to all. Im a cameraman/Editor based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia working through out asia shooting mainly News and feature pieces. Im shooting on a F350 with a KH21x5.7 and KH10x3.5 lens’s and cutting with a F70 and FCP on a 17inch Macbook pro. Now to my problem. The engineering guys in the office upgraded the firmware on my F70 to vers 1.620. Since the upgrade Im no longer able to rename XD disks in FAM mode through either finder or the XDCAM transfer tool (vers 1.1). I can rename the same disks using the 350 which has also just been upgraded to firmware 1.620 Thanks Ben. |

I think the only border Ill be crossing in the next few days will be in to a state of insanity! Sitting in Bangkok editing wobbly Mini dv pictures that have been smuggled out between the sweaty ass cheeks of some backpacker!
