A7s, A7rii and FS700 head to head
I shot the same scene with all three cameras on the same lens, the new Zeiss Batis 85mm F1.8, same settings and same F-stop, all different formats including 4K (down sampled to 1080) standard creative style and no PP, there are subtitles so you can tell what format and frame rate I was shooting, let me know what you think.
what I think is the A7rii HD footage holds up very well even compared to the A7s, although in the end it seems the FS700 is still the overall winner by a thin margin. I'd be interested to hear what others think. If anyone wants the full, uncompressed ProRes version, PM me and I'll send you a link to download it at 3.3Gb.

Thanks for posting. I think the A7rii looks good. The FS700 just has a high pedestal look which is viewed as more filmic. All have plenty of detail.

Well thank God for that. I'd be a bit pee'd off if my 1.5k - 2k price tagged camera was better than my 7k camera.
