FE 16-35 F4 too slow?

It seems like the Sony/Zeiss FE 16-35 lens at F4 is way too slow for low light footage for the Sony A7RII. I have the Sony/Zeiss 16-35 FF lens in A mount, and it's F2.8, much faster.

There doesn't seem to be much in the way of E mount lenses fairly wide that are low light capable. The only thing I see if the 55mm at f1.8 and the 35mm at a fast F1.4

I want to take advantage of the A7RII fast focus capabilities and Sony says the newer E mounts auto focus faster than the Sony/Zeiss 16-35 A mount I have.
