Avchd vs xavc

Has anyone any take on if XAVC is better than AVCHD? The files are way bigger and I've no time at the moment to do a comparison regarding quality/latitude/compression etc - anything out there to look at?

Re: Avchd vs xavc

I've used both extensively. For interviews with light grading expectations there is no real difference. If you shoot any fast action AVCHD will fall apart with muddy micro-blocking fairly easy. XAVC will hold up. In short, if I have the option I won't be using AVCHD anymore.
