Problem with Transcend Card? - CAN'T VIEW MEDIA ON COMPUTER at DVinfo.net

I have come across a very serious problem.

I was a photographer for a film festival, and 1 day when I went to transfer my photos, I saw that i couldn't access the last 50 or so I took? They were not on the memory card? (but i could view them fine on the camera). I created a new directory for the A7s to store its photos and that worked.. I never really thought about it again, but the fact I couldn't get some photos off the card was annoying.

Fast forward to yesterday... I was testing some anamorphic footage and went to transfer from the card. There was an error mid way through saying that the files weren't found. How strange. Now anything I film, I can view on the camera but not on the laptop?? Even the thumbnail files are on the card...but not the footage? What's going on?? I have tried everything I can think of. Don't want to format the card just yet...
