Do you "grade"?

Anyone here who uses an NLE, but has never played around "grading" their X70 footage? I am working on a Cinematone 1 PP, with a knee and black level optimized for quick across your timeline grading. Basically looking to see how things work with a knee that works best for 108% white clip, with a black level lifted to match. The hope is that you shot, ingest, put everything on your timeline, then simply lower global levels 8% for 100% white and 0% black.

I have two test PP's running now, one for that 8% grade, and the other for live and quick no grade turn arounds. The no grade one has the 75% +1 knee I posted in the other thread, which compresses high mids up to highlights to squish against the 100IRE line. The grade version has a test 77.5% +4 knee.
