Color Correcting CineformRaw in PP2
Hi,
Pls could you give me a comprehensive step by step explanation of the SI2K color grading workflow for CineformRaw using .look files from Iridas Speedgrade Onset.By that i mean, from loading .look files into SI2k for the shot, down to further color grading/modification of cineformRaw metadata in post via PP2 using either new/additional look files or by more conventional color grading techniques. Also how does one monitor this "Digital Filmstock" when on shooting on location. Thanks. |

Comprehensive web pages describing all this is still coming. We are completing the integration of the .look system into Prospect 2K so that all preview and renders can apply any and all of the metadata as needed. You will get a WYSIWYG response in the editing system as you do in camera. We even have the .look file playing in real-time within mediaplayer for desktop shoot review. As all operations are floating point color correction can be applied ontop of the look, or the look/metadata can be changed directly.
