Those nights when you look up at the sky and wonder
Even white trash like me has done it.
Comet (4:13) http://elmerlang.com/Comet.html When I’m not yacking about myself, or my friends or family, I do the occasional science/ history bit. Er, flick. This was my pitch piece for educational flicks. I was trying for a non-professorial tone, engagement + a cool idea = education. It’d be nice to make some and get paid for it. elmer lang http://elmerlang.com - 50+ films "You don't get to be a hero by lollygaggin' around" - Lang Family Motto Last edited by Elmer Lang; July 6th, 2007 at 01:56 PM. |

I liked what I saw so far, I was interested and thought it was funny, but it would only load about a minute and wouldn't go any further. Using Firefox on a Mac. Maybe I'll try Safari later tonight.
But from what I saw so far, looks great. |

My Safari also stopped on 'Table'. Pretty cool vid. Kind of a new take on 'Star Date'. The opening sequence reminded me of one of my first video jobs..twenty hours of sewer video transfer.
I will watch the rest when you get it working. |

I think it's great! I would have loved to watch something like that back in high school physics. It was informative, combined with the right level of humor, and it makes you think a little bit. The public domain footage was relevant, and the music was great, too. You got a laugh out of me at the "genius" bit, and the "I'm not talkin' about a kitchen table! Or even a Louis the 14th table!". Great video.

Thanks for watching!
I think it's a good script; technically, I had to do the best I could with what I had then, like the blue-screening, which ain't quite super-duper sometimes. Thanks to all for watching! elmer |
