Wedding Film
My wife and I have a wedding photography business on the side, but every couple years someone asks us to make a wedding video for them. We don't promote that we make wedding videos, but it's fun to do something different at a wedding from time to time. My wife and I went and filmed their day and then I edited this together.
As always, constructive criticism is welcome. |

Re: Wedding Film
On the whole great job love the creativity. I have a few suggestion to remove weak or repetitive shots and add cross dissolve transitions to smooth out the b-roll.
0:23 I don't like that the bride is out of focus coming down the stairs 0:39 even though I like the creativity of the shadow of b&g it doesn't work for me 1:02 remove the church interior shot 1:06 remove duplicate of the father daughter hug 1:26 the closeup of the fingers of the pianist isn't flattering (minor complaint) 2:20 not a fan of this cut away section, needs to be stabilized, in particular I don't like the bride shot (not flattering reaction). I'd either remove the scene or shorten it. 2:28 I'd remove one of the hugs repetitive 3:11 remove the unnecessary drone shot of exterior church 4:38 remove 2nd to last shot. it too shaky and unnecessary. keep the final shot instead. |
