Sad to know they closed the doors, the older fella's would likely fine it hard to get another job.

Nicely done. Nice to see some Old World-style craftsmanship in action, an all-too-rare thing these days.

I really enjoyed your doco. The closing of the bakery is a sad event, but you have captured at least some of the last eighty years. Well done.
