Dakuwaqa's Dream - Scuba Diving in Fiji in slow motion
Having previously made a 5 minute video of my Fiji scuba diving footage that was cut fast to the beat and contained 100 clips ("Dakuwaqa's Garden"), I decided to take a handful of those clips and slow them down to 50% speed (by deinterlacing with QTGMC) and let them run, backed by a nice spacey ambient track.
This slow motion approach is a new thing for me, and feedback is gratefully accepted. Last edited by Nick Hope; June 9th, 2012 at 02:02 AM. Reason: link was messed up |

Thanks for sharing. Everybody loves slo-motion! I think this type of footage looks great slowed down. It should be used in context though.

I really enjoyed that. I think it worked well and the music suited it very nicely. Well done.
