Blind people and power tools.
Okay, now that I have your attention, I would love some feedback on our latest project. It is a video about a center for the blind that teaches independence for people with blindness or low vision. And yes, they do use power tools.
Enjoy! |

Re: Blind people and power tools.
Just thought I would bump this up again. I added some stills at the client's request. I would love to hear some thoughts so I can improve for the next project.
Thanks! |

Re: Blind people and power tools.
Mark I watched the whole thing and overall I thought it was an outstanding job. A little longer and you've got a 30 minute doc for TV.
There was just one thing I saw that while it certainly didn't "offend" me it was a bit distracting and that was the lighting for the one gentleman that wore the sunglasses and the director of the center. Your lighting was very much in their glasses. I understand that the lighting was set for the best overall look and while it did look good the reflections of the lights was distracting at least to me. I found myself looking at that more than the overall shot. Other than that I say KUDOS for a job well done.

Re: Blind people and power tools.
Thanks, Don for the input. That was definitely my biggest thing with the video as well. Not much I could do about it, though in this situation.
I appreciate the comments! Mark |
