(Extreme Footage) THE SWEETEST LAND
For over three years, I have been filming with intimate access on issues of violence and recovery. What was so revealing was how ignorable the issue is by neighboring communities. Undoubtedly, policy advancement (legalization) and prevention competency can greatly improve conditions, and yet there is mass complacency on the backs of those most vulnerable. There are heros too.
YouTube - THE SWEETEST LAND - UNOFFICIAL PREVIEW This is just the initial sample that was used for in house purposes. It does not represent the story structure. An official trailer will be released this summer. Given how ignorable the issue is, even while filming miraculous recoveries and incredible acts of sacrifice, which transcend racism, I am trying to identify areas where the film can be most effective in creating tangible/fiscally responsible change. This is proving quite difficult. Suggestions are most welcome...and thank you for taking a look. |

Footage looks great so far, looks like your going to have a hard-hitting doco.
Well done. |
