Scotland in spring - star sunrise timelapse in post.
On my spring break I decided to get out and capture some of this beautiful land. Used the Canon 5D for the main videos and 7D (for timelapse and telephoto work).
The opening star timelapse was created in post-production. A soft edge crop that reduced via animation over a rotated jpg of the sky. Sorry I didn't shoot it for real - not up early enough! Also used Genus Fader ND, Hoya HD polariser. Shot over several days in Scotland during April. I really enjoyed shooting this one and it has led to a job shooting a music video for a local classical artist. He wants to highlight his work to local record companies. Comments and criticisms are welcome. |
