"Purple Sky" music video: My first ever video production
After lurking around here for some time and pretending I know what I'm doing, I am posting the first (and only) completed production.
So now here it is ready for the critical eye of the more experienced participants in this forum. This is a learning experience that I hope to build on so I can do better with the next one. Sony HDR-HC1, Mac Mini with FCE, $30 Walmart tripod, homemade steadycam, no additional lenses. Ivan Jasper's videos on Vimeo A few things I can say ahead of time: 1: Obviously I used the free version of Wondershare, hence the big "Wondershare" banner at the top. Didn't realize it would be that bad when they said "watermark." 2: It is HD, the quality degraded significantly when I converted it from a mov to an mp4. Tips appreciated. 3: Somewhere along the line the aspect ratio got fouled up. Again, tips appreciated.
