Short Free running video shot on Canon 7D

Just a short video we got together and shot a few weeks ago in abandoned factory near where we are based.
Lighting in places was a little awkward and we didnt have much time on our hands but all in all im pretty happy with the results.

The freerunner in question was Ashley Holland from Storm Freerun.

Very cool

Very cool video and now I know what 'free running' is.

I think the lighting issues you talk of are fine. It is a great location and you can see that the light is all over the place. So watching it and seeing the figure pop in and out of contrasty and dark places is ok. You expect it in this location.

Overall a very good result.

Maybe a little long on the one subject. But then I always seem to make videos too long. I am thinking I need to put them aside and watch them a week, or a month after I shot them and then do my trimming.

What did you use for stabilisation?

Overall, its an interesting video - well shot and edited. Well done.

With regards

Jeff

I loved it!! Great video! For me, the music was spot on and worked really nicely with the video. Made everything seem very fluid.
