"Tin Cat" - band profile/video shot on 5DmkII
We produced this for a local competition called ArtShots, which was a collaboration between the 48 Hour Film Project and a local arts organization called Artsopolis. It paired up local filmmakers with local artists to produce 90 second profile videos.
Our team got paired up with a cool trio from San Jose called "Tin Cat" - here's the profile we produced for them: and here's the full song heard in the first video: We shot this on Canon 5DmkII with the 24-105mm f/4 L IS and 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS lenses. Audio recorded on a Zoom H4n (built in stereo mics) and a Zoom H4 w/Countryman B6 lavalier. Synced with Pluraleyes, Cut in FCP and color corrected in Color. This was a single camera shoot with a live performance, so we basically did four runs through the song - fortunately they were pretty close each time so I just had to do a little manual tweaking to sync them all up.
