The Magical Time Traveling Thugtastic Jug
My latest short film: The Magical Time Traveling Thugtastic Jug
"Follow Wynegar Rodriguez on a normal day in the life of a cuban drug dealer: trying to sell his stuff, worshipping Tony Montana, confrontations with random thugs, and....coming across a magical pirate with a time traveling jug? This will be anything but a normal day!" http://www.bryanharley.com/thejugmovie.mov (approx 17 minutes, 87 mb, Quicktime 6 required) (right click and choose 'save target as' to download) I'm happy to announce we recently won Best Comedy Short Film at the 4th Annual Microcinema Film Festival in Rapid City, SD! |

That was crazy...good job. Nice pace, for 17 mins. Kept me entertained. Except for the WAY to long credits at the beginning.
Props to your actor. And I may be the only one on here that knows were you got that ending. ;) |

I must say. That is one of the funniest things I have ever seen. Brilliant!!!!!!!!!! I have watched it no less than 6 times since I downloaded it last night. Andrew Isaac is an amazing actor. I was joking with my friend today, "Let's move to Fresno and ask to work with them!"
"There's crappy special effects, cheesy audio clips, bad acting, and a freakin' jug! You just can't go wrong, but you can't go right either." - your site I thought the acting was great! It wasn't real, but that's because the characters weren't real. They were hallarious comedic characters. Very very funny. It all worked perfectly. My favorite characters were arnold and the pirate. Fricken hallarious. It felt like it dragged a little during the time when he traveled back in time and met the german, but overall your short was hallarious. If I can talk about technical, my favorite technical/camera moments were when Thug #1 held the piece of paper with his name on it up to the wall, and when Wynegar jacked the Pirates jug, and the camera moved to the left from an empty spot. The only thing technically, that didn't sit with me right, was when you crossed the action line when the cars were reving their engines towards each other. I watched most of the other movies on your site, and this is easily my favorite. I await your next genius comedy. |

Make that 8 times. Oh, and since you provided me with such great entertainment,
I made a "fan trailer" for you (if you want to call it that). I like your trailer alot, the Jug inserts are hallarious, but I felt like editing up a trailer of something, and I liked your movie. Let's see who can be the first to figure out what other movie trailer I based the trailer off of. Medium Trailer |
