That was great! So many times I've seen my own life as a movie, wondering which scenes will make the final cut. Kudos, my friend. Kudos!
I did leave one question in the comments, though ... "Were they playing Mario Kart 64 on the xbox?"

Alright man, the moment of truth. I've been waiting for this, and the big question is, "did it live up to the hype?"
The answer is yes! I thought it was a great story, you had very strong writing in there, it was very funny, very down-to-earth, it was wonderful. His writers definitely don't suck! One of my favorite parts was when the protagonist says "Turn off the ****ing camera! Turn it off!" and the cameraman leaves it on... Little things like that made the movie stand out to me. Now the thing is, I wanted to see more! It was already around 17 minutes, but I was ready for a full hour. The time went by incredibly quickly. I haven't seen many movies on the internet that I could say that about, but this is definitely one of them. Also, it needed more Erika Spencer! She lit up the screen, all of the actors did, in fact. I was surprised to see Erika actually being a human being. From seeing some of the trailers, I was actually expecting Erika to be more of an independent, infallible type girl. One that would be playing "hard to get" the whole way through, while eventually one of the characters would manage to woo her in the end. The way it played out in the movie was much better though. All things considered, a very fun movie to watch, and when I wasn't laughing, I was smiling. Excellent job to you and your crew, and I hope to see more of your work in the future. |

Great, it was wonderful! The storytelling was veeery good and I enjoyed it very much. When I saw the trailer I wasn't that enthusiastic because it didn't appeal to me. Now that I saw it, I must confess that it is a great little film.
Technicly, it wasn't all that good, sometimes I loved the sound quality, but mostly I didn't. Same for the images. Some were great, some were bad. But the technical side didn't matter once the story kicked in. I was smiling throughout the whole 17 minutes, and that's a great thing! Keep up the good work! |
