I think you misunderstood me. I said I can take handles off in seconds and shoot the way you were describing. I do it all the time. I then said I can disassemble the whole thing in seconds for mounting on a tripod.
I never said I would take handles and shoulder part off and shoot with just the camera. I was very clear about mounting on a tripod. Also, what camera are you using on your CVP shoulder mount?
