Anybody tried the "Gliders" support, or others from The Cine City?
Looks like a very well thought out and very adjustable set-up, and has a quick release plate and horizontal camera adjustment. Probably not as tough or as durable as high-end/pricey/yet-more-basic set ups, but for the $149 price it could be a very good deal on a very useful tool ...

Same here.... They don't seem to be on Ebay any longer. I ordered the slider today. I'll keep you posted
Edit: Golly everything here is old, old, old and none of the links work ... Is the site CineCity no longer a legit source for gear??? Any good or bad recent posts??? |

Well I told Lee I would let him know about my Cine City order............. (here's a new link: https://www.thecinecity.com/eshop/home.php )
Just amazing: My slider was shipped from India on Monday Jan. 16 and I just received it this morning: Wed. Jan. 19. So interesting to track it around the world too. Excellent communication with the site too. They kept me posted with every part of the shipment. Anyway 'Im amazed with the outstanding quality of the slider. If this is any indication of the quality that goes into their shoulder support(s), they would also be great. |
