Shoulder mounts for the GL2...
Hello all! Is anyone using any type of shoulder mount with their GL2? Seems to me it would really steady the camera...

There are many shoulder braces available. Search in this section and you'll find many recommendations.

I made one out of some metal from True Value. I bent a curve for my shoulder with my hands, attached a camera screw plate, drilled a hole and attached a handle. It has reduced "jiggle" by a great amount. Cost me about $12

After buying the HabbyCam shoulder brace and noticing that
it really doesn't reduce shake that much, the TrueValue sounds like a great deal. I find a monopod works much better for my purposes. Also, you look like dork with a shoulder brace. |
