I think it's ok to list books that have been mentioned before. Creating a thread with a string of top ten book lists sounds like a useful collection of info to have around, in concentrate.
A few I've read. Forgive my lackluster citation. "What They Don't Teach You in Film School" "Film School Confidential" "Audio Vision" "Notes on the Cinematographer" - Bresson "Sculpting In Time" - Andrei Tarkovsky (helpful to know his work)
