Hi ya'll.

I'm selling my equipment as I don't have time to use it anymore. Everything is in great working order unless noted. I'll post photos if you are interest.

Here's the list:

- Canon XL1s - all accessories that came with the camera including the orig. box.
- Canon MA100 XLR mic / sholder mount
- Canon BP-945 - xtra lagrge batteries x2
- Canon (?) VF extener
- Tamarak Video Bag for the XL1s
- Bogen Outdoor Tripod with 501 Head
- Bogen LANC Controller mounted on tripod: needs new cable.
- Verizoom Stealth LANC Controller
- JTL Everlight Kit: 1000w x3 lamps with soft light hoods
- Tiffen Soft/FX Filter Kit in Bag: 72mm
- Sennheiser M80 Shotgun mic: XLR
- Sennheiser EW100 wireless lapell mic: XLR
- XLR R/L to 1 channel cable

Optional: Sony 13" (could be 15") color studio monitor. Has all standard def. inputs. I'll get the exact size and model when I'm home if your interested.

There could be more but at this point I can't remember.

I'll consider breaking up the lights and the monitor only to save on shipping. The rest goes together.

Do these lights get hot..i.e., radiate heat? I'm concerned because I want to get a softbox/light setup, but am concerned about the heat coming from it.

I will be placing them close to people being interviewed in their homes. Most likely in a living room, etc.

Thanks...I've never purchased anything from Craigslist because it doesn't offer any type of security measures, etc. I have though, purchased off of feeBaY quite often, and have had good experiences, thus far.

Purchase day is fast approaching, and I'm split between the XH-A1 and XL2. The XH impresses me cuz it has HD. Does anyone know the focal length of XH vs. XL2?

derek,

the light is a hot light and will generate some heat... no more heat than any other 1k lamp however.
