Spencer, I can call my dealer about the warranty, but I think it's coming with Sachtler's one year warranty..
The beauty is, they authorized Sachtler Service Center too, so if anything happen they fix it in house.

I'm looking for a simple and straightforward (and portable!) 3-light kit, with stands etc.

The main use will be for simple interviews on location (usually office, in-building settings) and for some greenscreen work.
