Can't really answer that other than they both accept phantom power or a AA battery & the AT835b is a bit longer in size. Here's a link to the specs if that helps -- Audio-Technica ( S.E.A) Pte Ltd - AT835b

Canon Elura 100
Moving my workflow completely to HD, and don't need this any more. Used it for capturing tapes shot in SD on my GL2 and XH-A1, so it has probably 50 hours or so of playback on the head.
They go on ebay for around $300-350, but I'd be willing to sell it to someone here for $275 (incl. paypal and shipping fees - no hidden charges!) if anyone has a good use for it. The reason I chose the Elura 100 is that it has native analogue to digital passthrough as well as an external mic input, and it's hard to find a consumer camcorder with both those features for a good price. It's in great shape - I haven't used it a lot for shooting but have done a couple family things with it and optics are fine. Email me at philip (at) centerstreetproductions (dot) com. Thanks! |

Price adjustment...Asking $530 plus shipping to CONUS or worldwide (by quotation)No POwer adapter included ( it's available for $19.00 from Manhattan LCD or any Electronics Store.
Well, here's my picture if it, finally. http://www.gearninja.com/ADS/MLCD_109.html It works just as well as the 10.9" DIY Set-up, only the casing a production job with sweet 4 X 1/4-20 mounting bushings (one on each side) of the case. Connectors are arrayed in a dedicated 'annex' behind the screen for a discreet and tidy arrangement. Control buttons are aluminum, not plastic and the remote is the remote. Kit even includes a 12V DC power adapter and they throw in a DC plug in case you want wire your own DC power source . A version bundled with the Tekkeon MP3450 Rechargeable battery makes this the ultimate HD external monitor at a modest budget price ------------ HD109A Specs: Size: 10.9" Screen Architecture: WXGA (1366 x 768 Pixels) Contrast Ratio: 600:1 Brightness: 250 cd/m^2 Timing: 25ms full on/off HDCP: YES HDMI: 1 Input, Supports 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 480p, 480i VGA: 1 Input, Support 640x480/800x600/1024x768/1280x720/1280x768/1280x1024/1366x768/1920x1080 Component: 1 Input, Supports 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 480p, 480i S-Video: 1 Input, Support 480i CVBS: 1 Input, Support 480i TV Tuner: 1 Input, NTSC, PAL Dimensions: 11.25" Wide, 8" High, 2" Deep Weight: 1.5 LBS Power: 12v DC, <20 Watts (ADAPTER NOT INCLUDED) [/QUOTE] Last edited by M. Alan... sorry about that. I was seeing your listing as two identical threads in the forum and thought I had only eliminated an exact duplicate. They were one on top of each other with a 4 minute difference in time stamp. It's not the first time we've had accidental double threads/posts happen with the software.
So you have my apologies. I swear the other was still showing up last night. Regards, -gb- |
