Thanks Monday, I'm having my pupils replaced this weekend. I'm wondering how much I would use the lens. It looks cool and all, but since I often shoot from the back, I'd have to hoist up another camera to use that lens, and mainly just for effect. Those are nice image/examples though.

So you're telling me this will allow me to capture HD 24p footage from my JVC HD100U? I don't care if I can see the footage on the little screen, I just want to ingest it into my workstation.
You mentioned an XL2 - I have both an XL2 and an HD100U. Has this deck been able to transfer anything you've shot with either camera? |

Hiya Steven,
I can't recommend this enough for so many situations - like small rooms, super-wide shots, glidecam purposes, but as you can imagine, there's also some arty and wacky shots to be had when shooting cars, close-ups of people.. if anyone wants to head over to my examples page, you'll see examples crop up throughout my main showreels (http://www.fxfilms.co.uk/examples.htm) but what i forgot to say is, i'm very happy to ship this worldwide and not just my local counties like i suggested :) If anyone has any price offers, please just go ahead, i'm all ears... i could kindof do with some spare cash to help pay for a dof adaptor...damn our expensive hobbies! cheers Richard |

TM-H150CG 15inch Color Video Monitor and component card
JVC TM-H150CG 15inch Color Video Monitor and component card
I purchased this in late 2006 and it sat mostly unused on my desk in a smoke free house. It is like brand new and has probably less than 20 hours on it - was turned off the rest of the time. Now it's time to sell because I don't need it. This is a high quality monitor for video editing. - High Resolution, capable of more than 750 TV Lines - Slot for an Optional Component/SDI Card - Operates in PAL & NTSC - Aspect Ratios of 16:9 & 4:3 switchable - Underscan function so you can see the complete image - Color Off & Blue Check function for calibration Here are a couple of links: http://www.megahz.com/specimages/JVC/tmh150cg.pdf http://www.adorama.com/JVTMH150CGU.h...61247541100809 Also includes the component/RGB Input card (IF-C01COMG) which sells for $255 http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...RGB_Input.html Please note: No wired remote control (don’t believe mine came with one or I misplaced it early on) I will also include a nice 6’ BNC to Composite cable and Instruction manual for monitor and card. Will ship in original box for actual UPS cost plus insurance, but would much prefer a local deal in Middletown, CT. This is a very fair deal for a like new monitor. Price of the above new would be almost $800. You can buy it $500 firm plus the shipping. Pick it up and save the shipping. Thanks, Mike p.s. Sony PVM 14-L1 Production Monitor
I have this production monitor that I use as part of my edit suite to show me downconverted HD. I like this monitor, but I have to sell cause I am getting an HD-SDI monitor and quite frankly, I just have no more space on my edit desk, with all my other monitors and such.
So I think I'll sell this as I work almost exclusively in HD now anyway. $300 for anyone interested. Let me know. Thanks. |
