FS: AG-HVX200 + Extras (MBP, FCP 5.1, etc.)
Hi everyone,
This has been hard for me, but I'm going to have to part with my camera rig. I've been using my setup for making independent short films, and given circumstances, I'll be unable to work on any projects for over 6 months. My goal is to make back a portion of the money I spent on the equipment in this ad. Everything is in excellent condition; everything listed below was purchased December 2006 and used in Hawaii for 2 weeks and on one 5-minute short film project. That is all. This setup has everything you'll need to begin using the HVX's high definition capabilities immediately. I am selling this rig as a package; I will not sell of anything individually at this point. The Package I'm Selling Includes: Panasonic AG-HVX200 - NTSC INCLUDES - 2x Panasonic P2 Cards - 8 GB - 82mm UV filter - 82mm Polarizing filter - 2x Li-Ion 5400mAh D54 batteries + chargers - The HVX Book by Barry Green - HVX200 Bootcamp DVD by Barry Green - All Other Original Accessories (i.e. cables, cords) - All Original Documentation + Manufacturer's Warranty Apple 15" MacBook Pro Notebook SPECS - Intel Duo Core 2 Processor @ 2.14GHZ - 2GB DDR2 SDRAM - 120GB Serial ATA Drive @ 5400rpm - ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 with 256MB of GDDR3 SDRAM - 15" Matte Screen [1440 x 900 resolution] - SuperDrive (DVD±RW/CD-RW) - AirPort Extreme (802.11g) + Bluetooth - 2x USB 2.0 ports, 1x FireWire 400 port - DVI video out with support for DVI video (up to 30-inch Apple Cinema Display HD) To read up on all of the features, go to Apple.com and read up on the full specs for the 15" MacBook Pro. Along with the MacBook Pro... INCLUDES - Bluetooth Wireless Mighty Mouse - Soft Protective Storage Skin / Folder - Cherry Red Removable Chassis for Extra Protection for the notebook - Battery Charger * Minor paint scuff on the interior of the notebook (bottom right side) Apple Final Cut Studio 5.1 - Educational Version INCLUDES - Final Cut Pro 5 - Motion 2 - Soundtrack Pro - DVD Studio Pro 4 - LiveType 2 - Cinema Tools 3 - Compressor 2 - Apple Qmaster 2 - QuickTime Pro - PLUS all software documentation, manuals, & original packaging G-Tech G-Drive Hard Drive SPECS - 500GB @ 7200RPM - 1x USB 2.0 port, 2x Firewire 400 ports Steadicam Merlin I've gotten it to work fairly well, but never the way I wanted it to. I've had the HVX for too short of a time to make use of it, but I can see where with some proper tweaking and practice, this could be a very effective tool. Kata Bag - HB-207 Model This is one heavy-duty camera backpack; I walked all over Hawaii with this thing. It's big, but it has the storage for everything you need. I was able to fit the HVX200, extra batteries, chargers, my MacBook Pro, firewire cables, A/C adapters, tripod, Steadicam Merlin, filters, etc. in it... it was pretty heavy, but comfortable. It has to be the best camera bag I've ever used. ----------------------------------------------------------------- The entire rig costs me over $13,000, and I'm looking to regain back some of it as I have no use for it now and would not for months to come. Please PRIVATE MESSAGE me with offers; I'll respond to you ASAP! Shipping + Insurance will be included in the offered price; I will accept checks & PayPal only; if you choose to pay through PayPal, 3% must be added to the total cost to cover the price of the transaction fee. Thank you, and feel free to ask questions! -Zack

Hey Charles, you are still high for internet pricing, you might have better luck locally. You are probably looking at more like $3000 total for the XL2, batteries and cases and $750 - $800 for the wide angle.
