^ Agreed. Paypal is a good service, but I've read too many nightmare stories about how bad they are at resolving problems and refunds (if they even know the meaning of the word.)
I never keep money in my Paypal account and I always pay for high dollar items through Paypal with a credit card for double coverage. I reeeeally suggest doing the same if you don't ever want to get hosed. . |

we lost it... It's not the same as some consumer camercorders or the PDX 10... It has a different plug on the camera side... We can charge the batteries with consumer rechargers but not power the camera... Thanks

Gotta agree with Frank on this one, I too only pay for items thru paypal with a CC. When selling something thru them I always withdraw the $$$ and put it in a seperate bank account not associated with paypal and keep my paypal accounts at $0.
I had an issue 1 time and Paypal actually decided in my favor. The item I paid for was never shipped/received. They tried to contact the seller and got no response after a week, so I got a full refund. So there are instances where they are fair, but always better to be on the safe side. |

Wtb: Fs-4 Hd
I've got an FS-4 Pro 80GB that I've been very happy with, but I am going HD. The SD->HD upgrade is hard to find and is expensive. So, if anyone has an FS-4HD in any size, I'm interested.

WTB: Telex PS-9
Anybody have one of these? It would allow me to use the lapel mic from my wireless directly to mixer or cam. TA4 to XLR power supply.
Thanks, Vito PS. I'm in Montreal. |
