Be aware there were a series of craigslist scams promising Z1 cameras for $2800. If this is where you latched on to a sub-$3k pricepoint, it didn't exist.
And if you do buy via craigslist, follow their advice and deal locally. Best of luck - find a great camera! |

Time to part with my beloved DVX100A.
The camera is in great shape, I babied it. It's got 279 hours on it, and these are all shooting hours - camera has never been used for playback or as a deck. There is one small scuff on the bottom lower corner, which comes from getting occasional low angle shots where the camera is held on the ground and angled upward. Purchased from B&H Photo Video, it's the NTSC version, and I'm the original owner. Included: Original box, and all original original accessories. Tiffen UV lens cover - been on the camera since purchase. DV caddie camera support http://www.dvcaddie.com/dvcaddie.htm 2 dvxuser 5600 batteries 1 3500 dvx user batteries Petrol LCD hood Note: All the batteries have varying stages of life in them. They don't last as long as they did new, but they all still have enough life in them so that they're useful. Also, one of the 5600's has a hairline crack, has from day one, taped it up and it works fine. Asking $2000/obo, not incl. shipping & paypal fees, if that's what you choose to pay with. yeah, I didn't get my pricepoint from craigslist. It's just that that is what a Z1 is worth to me. I rent one every week to use for about two hours, so I dont really mind if it has a TON of hours on it.
