Hey mate...
Well damn about the Washington bit (more on that later) :p However, hoorah about the tripod. My main concern is that the tripod wouldn't be able to hold something as front heavy as the XL2 and Redrock M2 adaptor (the XL2 is front heavy as it is) but it certainly looks up to it. So we come to the next part...if I paid for the shipping, would it be possible to get the tripod shipped over here to Australia? That's why I was wondering where you were based, hehe. Cheers mate -Jon P.S And being somewhat a noob at tripods, I'm going to ask - does it come with a tripod plate that will attatch the Xl2 to the head?

Shipping to Australia could get a wee spendy for ya, but I can definitely look into it. However, the tripod may already be sold at this point as I'm just waiting to hear back from another member. If he decides to purchase I'll update the posting indicating it has been sold.
And yes, the tripod plate has a thumbscrew for attaching your cam. I believe it's a 1/4" screw. Thanks! |
