Comes with Canon 300 Mark II Body, Top Handle, Flip out screen, 3x BP-A30 Batteries, Dual Charger, Power-supply and its own custom hard case by SDK. Overall its been an excellent performer, its has various codec options from 4K - 2K - 1080p 24/30/60/120p options for 4444 thru 422 10 and 12 bit!
