I purchased just the "naked" version which didn't come with any mounts except for the adhesive ones.
I have a tripod mount which I'm keeping for the GoPro 3 Black I just purchased, I used the tripod mount almost exclusively with this GoPro for sal.

Tilta Curved Arm & Top Handle - 15mm Shoulder Mount Cage
