Contax Zeiss Distagon T* 18mm F4.0
Hi folks,
I’m letting go a Contax Zeiss Distagon T* 18mm F4.0. This is the MMJ version that was made in Japan. What’s interesting is that it has a late serial number 8xxxxxx and very rarely does it appear on sale. I own 2 copies of this Contax 18mm F4.0 and I’m keeping the other one, which is less mint. Condition is between excellent to near mint, for both optics and body. Some dust fibres are present, which are normal but nothing that affects the final images. Mechanically, it's great. Aperture clicks nicely, focus turns smoothly. A lot of you will know that it didn’t originally come with its own metal hood. After a few months of searching, I managed to trace and buy one (not cheaply, I might add). I will include it together with this to make it a more complete package. Despite being named like a step-up filter (Contax 70/86), this is not a screw-on hood, but a push-on one. Altogether, you will receive the lens, metal hood, original front pinch cap and generic rear cap, original unopened Contax lens pouch, box and some certifications. Asking price $850 + shipping to your location worldwide. I’ll take care of Paypal fees. Pictures below (apology for the dust on the body): |

Dracast 1000 LED Spot Studio Light w. V-Lock Mount $700
Hey folks. Decided the LED spot isn't the right fit for what I need. Bought KinoFlo DIVA lights instead and I'm looking to add an LED fresnel.
If you check the Lighting subforum you'll see some discussions on the overall quality of this light. Admittedly, I've had some negative things to say about the construction overall but the quality and flexibility of the light is superb. My main concerns around construction have been borne out almost exclusively by the 500 LED (which I'm keeping as a portable battery powerable light). The 1000 LED is unbent and the barn door retainer clips are intact. Okay... enough with trying to talk you OUT of this light... HIGH CRI: >93. 4 bank switches 10 - 100% dimmer know V-Lock battery mount 4 leaf barndoors Polyester carry case Does not come with stand. Purchased last summer from Guy Cochrane at DVEStore, a trusted DVInfo sponsor. I'd prefer to sell this in Canada for simplicity of payment but can do US with PayPal. Within Canada, I'll pay shipping (slow boat/Canada Post parcel service or similar) Forum isn't letting me post pics. Happy to email.

Sony F3 and PIX240 Package
Well as the world turns, so to do equipment lists… my kit upgrades are continuing, and so it’s with a heavy heart I’m putting my beloved, pimped-out Sony F3 kit up for sale. She’s been customised with the complete Element Technica body armour and shoulder-pad/baseplate kit, and so is solid as a rock (well… solid as 1/2” thick solid aluminium at least), and can go from sticks to shoulder-mounting in seconds.
The camera is in excellent condition (336 hours usage - only about 10 of which is actual internal recording) and comes paired with the wicked Sound Devices PIX240 (and my near-genius lightweight mounting system that slides directly into the Element Technica top handle and gives you full adjustment on three different axes). She’ll give you 13.5 stops of dynamic range, an 800 ISO base sensitivity (with stupidly clean high ISOs), and 10-bit 4:2:2 1080p at up to 60fps via dual-link SDI (though you’ll need a Gemini or Odyssey 7Q for 1080p60 - the PIX only supports 60fps at 720p, 30fps at 1080p). The kit is ready-to-shoot, and includes everything you need to start shooting: camera, recorder, media, power, and all of the necessary cables. Kit includes: - Sony PMW-F3 - F3 Manual, Software Disc, XLR Microphone - Element Technica F3 Body Armour Kit - Element Technica F3 Baseplate/Shoulder-mount - 32GB SxS Card for internal recording - 3x GMP 96Whr Batteries with DTAP - 1x Sony BP-U60 Battery - Sony Battery Charger - Sound Devices PIX240 4:4:4 Recorder (records 10-bit ProRes and DNxHD) - 2x PIX Caddies - PIX Screen Protector - DTAP to Hirose Power Cable for PIX - 2x 256GB Sandisk Extreme SSDs - Berkey Systems PIX Mounting Rod - 2x 6” Handle Rods for mounting PIX to F3 - 1x HD-SDI Cable I’m looking for $9200 + shipping for the complete kit. Or $7200 + shipping for the camera bits by themselves (I’ll quite happily hold on to the PIX). EFT preferred, or PayPal fees split 50/50. Feel free to PM me with any questions. She really does make beautiful, beautiful images - about 95% of my showreel here was shot on this camera: |

Sound Device 702 High-Resolution 2-Channel Compact Flash Field Recorder
Selling my SD 702 2-Channel Recorder, as I've upgrades to a different setup. Comes with a small array of add-ons. I'm the original owner, and have treated it well. It's got some very minor dings here and there, but everything is functioning just as it did the day I opened it up. Runs of CF cards, so no need for expensive media (I use SanDisk, have never had a single problem). Selling the entire package together for $1700.00 shipped.
