I just pulled this from a brand new Dell Precision Workstation that we are using that does not need this kind of graphic horsepower. I am debating wether to keep it or not and use it for my editing system at this point but it might be overkill even for that. I'd consider selling it for about half of what they go for new....so maybe $850 or so. Anyone looking to upgrade but didn't want to sink $1700+ interested?

Yes it will. Apple really don't care who the owner is as long as you have the device in your hand and it still under warranty. They will service the device. I can call them to transfer to the new owner or they can do it themselves or online either way.

Runs on either AA battery or phantom power. Requires an XLR cable since the mic is terminated with an XLR box rather than a barrel that can plug directly into a mic input.

I posted this EX3 back in june of 2011 but then forgot the whole thing about it. Anyway it up again

little history about the Camera

Got this bad boy in 2009. Play around with it for 5hrs and then it back in the case. I since shoot DSLR so i dont have a use to take this out. I took it out of the case one day(3hrs more=8) just to play some more and hopefully to update the firmware but on a second thought don't want to run into problem so i called up Sony since i have 3 year warranty on it. They suggest send it to them for the update and service, so i did.

They put 20hrs on it so total is 28hrs when it came back from them. They update the firmware so it can use the 64gb SxS card and play well with the MxR or the Sony SxS to SHDC adapter from sony. They put in a whole new ViewFinder dont know why but that what is state on the order. They did a clean even-though there is nothing to be clean because it never out in sun light or out in the field for any gig. Yes let laugh about it. It like having a beautifully Ferrari and all you did is put it in a glass display just to say "I have one of that".

June 15 2012 shoot a Boxing fight here at a casino as a 3rd camera because the switcher used HD-SDI. Walk-out and in the ring camera (5hrs)

The total of it working life(turned on) is 33hrs. as seen on the picture below

Buy it all for $8,750 There is no better deal anywhere on a fantastic used EX3. Just the lens alone is worth this package price. Time to move since i have my new gear working well.
