Hey john I'm about to split up my package of items If you're interested I have 2 lowel lights with stands in a case and some gels extra bulbs etc. Also an Omni light and bogen stand for it (lighter sturdier larger then the lowel equivalent) In addition I have an ma200 and an ME66(boom MIC) with power and a descent shock mount and pretty crummy boom pole, all of this has barely been used. IF you're interested let me know and I'll try to come up with a good price for us both to live with.

I didn't see an email address in your profile, but I'd be interested in seeing the pictures. You can send them to:
pboyer @ dimasys . com Also, how much time is left on the warranty? Thanks

I spoke to him and he is interested in the camera, although I guess the going rate for bare bones (meaning no lens converters, camera bags, etc) is somewhat lower then $1200.
He asked if you could drop him a call. 702-893-2739. [edit --> his name is Nick ] (If you can't, let me know, and i'll post his email) |

The 1 year warranty from Panasonic just ended. There's still the 4 year warranty from MACK. The pics should be on it's way.
My email is junray@yahoo.com Thanks, Ray |

Have a NICE Laptop for sale or trade $1100
Hi Everyone,
Well, I am still on the market for a prosumer camcorder (preferably a Sony VX2000/2100 or Panny DVX100). So I have a laptop for sale, or trade + cash for such a camera. Here are the laptop specs: Sager 5660 (Alienware Area 51m) Laptop: 2.4 GHZ Pentium 4 DESKTOP Processor (upgradeable to 3.06ghz) 1GB of DDR SDRAM (2x512mb sticks!) Radeon Mobility 9000 64meg 8x DVD, 16x10x24 CD-R/W 15" SXGA+ 1400x1050 (no dead pixels, great shape!) 40GB 5400rpm Hard Drive, w/ 16MB Cache Floppy Drive 4 USB 2.0 Ports, Firewire, PCMCIA, 56k modem, 10/100 LAN, etc Battery Instruction Manual Drivers and Programs CDs AC Adapter/Charger Laptop Bag It's in very good condition all around and everything works great. There are no dead pixels or scratches on the LCD screen. As you can see from the spec this is a serious machine, and is used a desktop replacement. Many people have never heard of Sager, but many have heard of Alienware, and in fact Alienware and Sager get their components from the same manufacturer. If you look around for the Alienware Area 51m, you will see its the same as the Sager 5660. I'm sure this system would be great for video editing, however since I am cameraless (which is the ONLY reason I'm letting this go) I haven't used it for such a purpose, so no guarantees, but this is far beyond what I have heard many people edit on. I should also note that the processor is a desktop model, and this thing is built to preform as a desktop replacement, not a watered down mobile unit. I have posted this on Ebay three times consecutively, and each time I get a non-paying bidder, so thats why I'm bringing it here. The price is set at $1100 (or a trade value of $1100 against your camera). So please email me or post here if you have any questions! Thanks!! Robbie |
