See what I can learn hanging around? My guess would have been 190 hours. :) Truthfully, none of it makes sense to me. :(

Just out of curiosity... What kind of video connections does it have? How long would it run on a battery?

Can't really say as to battery time...I'm guessing pretty much the same as other LCDs running on a Canon depending on battery size. As I said, I haven't used it, but the connections are a RCA video and audio on one end and a multi pin connector in the other that interfaces with the monitor

I am pretty sure it translates to the following
Operation = 190 hours Drum Run = 60 hours Tape Run = 50 hours Threading = 260 hours IF this is incorrect, please say something, but I am pretty sure it is right. Looks like about 50-60 tapes have been recorded on it.

Excuse my ignorance. So on a PD-150, you can have the drum running without tape going thru it, have it operating without the drum running?. How would you track all of this, does the camera do it?
I don't know what threading is...

Yes the camera does all the tracking.
The PD150/170 will shut the drum off, after a certain time frame, if you are not doing anything. But the camera will stay on. Threading is the total number of times a tape has been loaded into the deck.

The system is fully configured and ready to go, so I would rather sell it as a complete system.
