Toni, I honestly could not say exactly what sort of taxes you'd be looking at. I would assume your state tax would apply, but since it's not brand new goods you might not get taxed at all. But no duties for sure, given the Glidecams are built in the USA.
If another DVi memebr who frequently imports items could chime in, we could both learn something ;)

I didn't realize there were different models. I'll check when I get home tonight. It's brand new, still wrapped up in the box. Just got it in the last 2 months so I would think it's the latest version.

I thought I might wait until maybe you really have it for sale instead of testing the waters or maybe you offer a better price or maybe the next generation of HD comes out or maybe Sony offers a rebate so that a brand new one is a lot cheaper than your offer instead of almost the same.
Then again, I guess maybe I might not be that interested.
