Trade my VX2000 for your GL2
I'm looking to trade my VX2000 for a GL2. Although I do think the Sony camera is a better camera it is missing DV control, and I shoot 100% with the firestore devices, and to be honest it is a pain to hit record on the camera and then again on the Firestore. The GL2 has DV control, and is a good enough camera for my needs.
Condition on the VX2000: The camera is less than a year and a half old. I have owned it since April of this year, the previous owner had it for a year. He also shot only to a firestore (a fs-1) He mainly shot band shows, and this was his 3rd camera, used for backup. This is the reason he sold it to me. What I have shot with the camera. I have done 5 wedding receptions. I used my GL2 during the ceremony because I feel more at home with the camera, and it has a 20x zoom. I used the vx2000 at the reception for the low light capabilities. I did run tape as well as a Firestore fs-4. So I have used the drums for 5 hours, never as a playback deck. I have also shot 3 house tours with the camera, with no tape, FS-4 only. I would feel safe saying the drums have no more then 10-12 hours on them tops. I am looking to trade the VX2000 with 2 large batteries, and the charger. I also have a King Pelican case or a smaller Kata case to trade. I am looking for an equally clean GL2, if it had a little warranty left that would be better. Extra batteries or some sort of wide angle lens, or maybe a little cash. Pictures of the camera can be seen here: http://www.videomemoriesinc.com/camera/ email me todd@videomemoriesinc.com or post in the thread. Thanks, Todd |

Hello Bryan, sent you an email. Here are some photos of the actual monitor and hard case for sale. The monitor itself, along with the back connections, and controls.
But this page shows the case in more detail. These photos on the page are from the manufacturer. |

Todd,
I'm very interested in this. I've got a babied GL2 (except for one little crack on the mic connection that breaks my heart) that I've had for about 2 years but haven't used much for the past 6 months since getting my FX1. Your VX2000 would match my FX1 better for multicam shoots. I've got a couple very large batteries for it. |

DV Enlightenment (educational DVD)
Watched this DVD numerous times, now I can pass it on to whoever else is new to lighting. DVD is mint. I -believe- it's region-free.
Official details here: http://www.dvcreators.net/products/d...ghtenment.html Sells for $75-99 USD + shipping, selling for $55 USD including parcel service to Canada or the USA. Other countries welcome, but may cost more.

FS: Mint AG-DVX100a, Original Box, Accessories
Hello,
I have a mint condition Panasonic AG-DVX100a for sale. The camera comes with all of its original accessories, including a blank AY-DVM63MQ tape, and the original box. The camera was purchased from B&H in April 2005. It only has 58 hours of use and is very clean. I have kept a B+W 010 MRC UV Haze filter on the camera (included) since it came out of the box. I have only used Panasonic AY-DVM63MQ tapes in the camera. I shoot weddings, and since buying the DVX, other forum members have recomended Sony VX and PD models due to their great low-light performance. I need to sell this camera to help pay for the Sony cams. The camera also includes the original operating instructions, blank warranty card, all other paper work, and a copy of the original sales receipt from B&H. Here are some pictures of the camera for sale: http://www.TruVisionStudios.com/dvxpics/control.jpg http://www.TruVisionStudios.com/dvxpics/lens.jpg http://www.TruVisionStudios.com/dvxpics/tape.jpg http://www.TruVisionStudios.com/dvxpics/hours.jpg I am asking $2600.00 for the camera. Please post or email any questions or offers. If you would like to see additional photos please let me know. I also have for sale some accessories. 1 x Panasonic CGA-D54s 7.2v 5400mAh Battery ($95 o.b.o.) http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/cont...ughType=search 2 x DVXUser.com D54 7.4v 5000mAh Battery ($55 ea.) 2 x Manfrotto 521P Remote Control for DVX100a ($165 ea.) http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/cont...ughType=search 1x DV Cinema LCD Hood ($15) A Picture of the camera and included accessories + additional for sale accessories can be seen here: http://www.truvisionstudios.com/dvxpics/all.jpg If you are nearby I can arrange to meet you, otherwise payment will be accepted through paypal or money order. Thank You

My digital camera is at home (as I've discovered), so I'll take the GL2 home and post some pics tonight.

i do not understand: i can control my sony DSR-DU1 from the vx2000 (as long as there is a tape inside).
for total control without tape, you need the pro model pd-150. |
