Vx2100
Steve,
I don't know about a cam 4 cam trade. I think I can get somewhere around $2500 for my DVX's on Ebay, and can buy a new VX2100 for $2100-$2200. Would you be willing to pay a little extra for the DVX? If so how much extra? Thanks

Email sent. I would like to buy the shuttle controller and the shoulder support if they're still available.

Matt,
I forgot to mention that the VX2100 includes the NP-F750 battery. I bought it for $99, though I can't find a steady price that it's going for now. Looks to be upwards of $65. So, how about the camera, the battery, plus $300 for your DVX? More about my camera: I bought it in June, 2004 from B&H. As you can tell from the pictures, everything that came with the camera, I've kept. To run through them, those items are: - the original box, - manual, - power cord, - battery, - eye cup, - remote, - strap, and - their original wrappers. The camera has roughly 15 hours on it. I rarely used it for anything other than family videos. Everything looks like it just came out of the box (aside from a scuff on the detachable lens hood, which I made clear in a few pictures). I'm going out of town, and won't be back until Friday night. Saturday, I'll be at the U of M football game all day (any chance you're going?). Sunday would be the earliest that I'm available to meet up. Let me know what you think. Thanks, Steve

I won't be at the UofM game saturday... Go State!
It will be interesting to see what MSU can pull against ND. Sorry to bring up a potentially sore subject... Looking at completed listings on Ebay... a used VX2100 in mint condition tops out at about $1900. A mint DVX100a in original box with original paperwork and accessories goes for about $2500. I also have a B+W MultiCoated UV Filter, and two 5000mAH batteries for each camera in addition to the cameras original battery. One of the big batteries is a panasonic, the other 3 were purchased through DVXUser.com. The filter and 2 extra batteries are worth at least an additional $100.. (Close to $200 new). After doing my research I came up with a $650 price gap between my DVX100a w/ accessories and your VX2100. MY DVX's were purchased in March/April of 2005 from B&H. What tapes have you been using in your VX2100. Let me Know

Many Items for Sale:
I am sick of Bridezillas and their moms, snotty photographers and cheap customers. After 15 months I am retiring! At least from wedding vids.
I have two immaculate sony VX2000's in almost bullet-proof Pelican 1520 cases, two bogen 503 heads, two sets of bogen tripods, 2 NRG battery belts - recharged only 4 and 9 times respectively. Canon .7x WA lens. NRG Varilux camera light with several diffraction lenses. Beyer Dynamics MCE 86N(C)S Shotgun Mic. Beachtek DXA-4. Not pictured is a set of Smith Victor soft light type lights in its own case - used only twice. I will put those pics in after I get home from work tonight. If you would like to see the items I shot some pics last night and have them up on a page for viewing. www.panam.edu/dept/chemistry/Items/index.htm Serious inquiries only please. Feel free to e-mail me for any additional information. -George- |

Head time
Greg Mclockland asked a good question about the head time on my XL1S. The total stand-by time is appox. 225 hr. with 55-70 hr. of record time. The deck has never been used as a playback VTR (an advantage of using FireStore)
Thanks for asking, Leo |

Hello, New, and I'm afraid more than likely - short lived.
Thanks anyway Matt. |

Interested: Possibly
George,
Are you selling items individually or in a variety of "bundled" packages? I'd also like to see your asking price for each of the items. Thanks. |

Where are you located [edit: I see now in your profile texas]? I actually might be interested in some of the stuff you listed, if you are willing to sell individual pieces, and the prices are right (the light, the bogen 503 heads, although I don't really need the legs, I'm guessing they are a package deal?).
As a side note, the fact that you just joined the forum recently and your first post is to sell stuff... makes me a little leary. How do you propose to conduct the transaction? Thank You
