New !! Panasonic DVX-100A with all the accessories + DOF Adapter 2500 US
Hey there, my name is Steve Ipp, if you search this forum, you'll find lots of posts on alternative imaging devices. I guarantee honesty in everything you will see in this post and the follow-up.
A year ago I bought my Panasonic DVX-100A for US 3200$. I used it twice only for one project of mine. I am buying an expensive HD cam for a feature production, so Pana must go. It doesn't have a scratch. it smells as if just from factory and you get a self-made DOF adapter that cost me 400 US and 1 month to assemble. All accessories that were in the box + professional aluminum case + DOF adapter + US 130 $ close up lens are yours. All just for 2700 US $. Email me for the pix if not sure. I work at Ulead, you can email me or call at work, here is my info: Steve Ippolitoff steveipp@ulead.com.tw DOC team, Technical writer (02) 2659-7588 ext. 3340 steveipp@ulead.com.tw 台北市114瑞光街399號 U l e a d S y s t e m s Last edited by Steve Ipp; August 18th, 2005 at 09:12 AM. A reverse telephone lookup shows Frank to be from North Massapequa, NY, which is in Nassau County, Long Island.
Seeing that this is Frank's first post, a Google search turned Frank up here: http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&ct=re...IMXu4AGmncz5DQ Search on his name. |

WTB: Prop 16mm Camera
I'm looking for a 16mm movie camera to use as a prop in a feature we are shooting next summer. It doesn't have to work, but it has to be cheap :)
Any suggestions on where to find something like this? I'm not picky, ideally it would look like something a film student would use but that's not critical. |

Ebay of course, has some stuff. Catch as catch can. Sometimes broken cams come up for sale for parts.
It has to 'look like' a 16mm camera you say. What does that mean? Film students shoot with lots of different cameras. Bolex, of course comes to mind. But also the old Filmo's. Are you looking for something that specifically has a 'magazine' attached to it? You can find some super 8 cams that look pretty good. They won't have a magazine on top (unless you get one of the few who took the large mags). Here's a filmo http://cgi.ebay.com/BELL-HOWELL-FILM...QQcmdZViewItem |
