I have taken very good care of it and there are no scratches on the body or lens. There is a burnt pixel in the monitor but it has no effect on video. This can be fixed by the extended warranty. I have a brand new 10 pack of Sony PDVM-40N DVCAM mini tapes for sale sealed and boxed. These are NTSC tapes that will work in any DV camera or deck. You will get an hour at regular DV speed or 40 minutes at DVCAM speed. They have the professional plastic cases as well.
B and H 10 pack price $129.90 The Tape Company 10 pack price $117.10 I will sell and ship to your door for $80.00 That's about $45 to $57 less than B and H or the Tape Company for the same thing. Not really sure if I am yet, but I do more work shooting on the XL2 with the mini35 adaptor, than with the DVX. So I'm not really getting my money back on the Panasonic.
