FS: Sony VX2100 w/ Sony soft case, VERY low hours, MINT + pics
I bought my VX2100 about a year ago, and it's been used 5 times; four weddings and one personal family event. This has only been used by me and I bought the camera brand new. The camera probably has about 40 hours on it, and have never been used as a deck. I've only used Sony Excellence tapes and have never run a cleaning tape through it. The lens has been protected since I opened the package with a 58mm clear glass filter (not included).
The camera is MINT, shows almost no signs of use (the tripod mount shows a little wear where it has rubbed the mounting plate on a tripod, and the lens hood shows a little use, but other than that it's perfect. I also have one of those Sony knock-off 10 hour batteries... it's less than 6 months old and holds a great charge; I've used it a full 8 hours and it had about 100 minutes to spare when I shut the camera off. Also, I have the $200 Sony soft case made for this camera, directly ordered from sonystyle.com, which is also in mint condition (no rips, scratches, or tears). For the camera, I've got all the original packaging, boxes, and paperwork, and all accessories (strap, remote, etc). I can let this camera and case with extra battery go for $2000 shipped. I paid $2300 for it new, and $200 for the case. I take certified check, money order, and paypal, and ship with FedEx. Sony VX2000, Low hours only $1500
I have been shooting wedding videos for the past 3 years. I closed my business at the end of last month so I can move and get away from here. Everything that I have wil be as well described as I can do and is all in working order.
Sony VX-2000 & 900 minute battery - $1600 ( I bought it last year with 150 hours on it, I might have put another 50-75 on it. It was cleaned at a local shop right after I bought it. Has very minimal wear and still even has the stickers on it. Looks like it was just taken out of the box. The battery is 3 years old and holds a charge for around 600 minutes now.) |

Okay, trying again at $2500.00. If no bites I will probably keep it and try and put it to work.

I'm not sure what Panasonic has for a warranty... 90 days? A year? I got the 4 year Mack Pro warranty which is 4 years and I bought it about 4-5 months ago, so you still have plenty of warranty on it. Mack charges $15.00 to transfer warranty which I'll throw in with the camera price.
I bought the camera earlier this summer and literally filmed around the house with it and took it outside once to shoot about 1/2 an hour of tape. This camera, for the most part, hasn't seen any serious action. It's never been in a production environment and its never been used as a deck. Hope that helps. |

FS: Samson UM1 Receiver and UT1 Transmitter
I have 4 sets of these. Each is in good condition. The UT1 uses a lavalier mic, not sure what brand mic these came shipped with. Used to mic ministers and grooms during weddings.
Each receiver, transmitter, and mic package is $200. Or, purchase all 4 sets for $750. I'll pay for 1/2 shipping via UPS ground. Thanks, Ron |

Wanted - FU 1000 B&W Viewfinder (PAL Version)
Thanks Bruce,
Your comments make a lot of sense. The cost of the FU 1000, plus the "Ronsrail" I badly need and the ZR 1000 - it all adds up. Thought I would try and reduce the cost, by trading the FU 500 - expecting I would never part with the XL2. Might just keep the FU 500 - just in case... |
