Sony VX2100 with Kata for sale
I have a VX2100 for sale. I bought it used back in June, shot three ceremonies and one reception with it, and now am selling it. If I could, I'd just rent an extra camera as needed, but here in the remote Rockies, there's no such opportunity. There are no known problems with any of these items.
Camera: sony VX2100 including hood, two eyepieces, power adapter, video cable, stock battery (NP-F330, decent as a backup), generic 10 hour battery (charges fully. I trust it for 8 hours plus a little), remote control, and manual. $1800 Case: Kata VA-103 . Used and in good condition. $45 Raincover: Kata VA-801 . Used and in good condition. $45 Terms: Total + 3% PayPal + shipping (mandatory insurance) Pics available. Feel free to ask any questions that arise. Happy Autumn, Scott |

Petrol raincover for XL1/XL2
I have a Like New Petrol raincover for the XL1/XL2 for sale. I actually need one for a PD170 but this came available the moment I needed it, so I bought it. Yeah, it looked a little 'baggy' on the PD...
What I really like about the Petrol is the plastic visor that sticks out over the lense, as well as the great fit and accessibility to controls. $70+$8 shipping Also have a prototype raincover I got in a package deal for the ol' XL1s. It's neoprene, so slightly warmer than the Petrol, but it lacks any handwarmer type pockets. $40+$8 shipping Pics available. Let me know of any questions you may have. Happy Autumn, Scott |

Damm, Ash...that's a KILLER deal! I bought just the monitor last year and paid $500. If you end up selling just the monitor on ebay, i might be inetersted in the batteries, etc.
Btw, what lcd are you using with your XL2? Mine has the fu 1000 viewfinder, and it would be nice to have a reasonably priced lcd to check wb and color. Bruce S. Yarock www.yarock.com |

I use the overpriced but solid Marshall for more remote field work and the INSANELY priced but brilliant Panny 17" LCD for work when I am more locked down. I also have a little monitor with Firewire in that works pretty dang well, it is made by DataVideo.
