I was actually using my system all day today and I tested it out just now in my apartment(I live about 10 minutes away from downtown LA) and I had no interference. Everything sounded great.

I have run only 2 tapes in a new XL2-Original box and all accesories included.

New 16x Manual Lens.

Purchased new 30 days ago at BH Photo. Camera used for 1 shoot and then put back in the box. I am thinking about going HDV (Canon XH-A1) to mix with another XL2 I own. I am itching to capture HDV for Nature. If money was not a factor, I would keep both XL2's and add an HDV cam to the bunch, but it is! : (
