Heck, I'll chime in as well - I'm about as cynical as one can get but I have had the most wonderful experiences both on the forum and with dealing with vendors and people that I have "met" through DVi. My vendor of choice was "introduced" to me by a Wrangler on here and they are now a DVi endorsed vendor. I have personally met one of the Moderators on here and enjoyed an adult beverage or two. I have spoken to a number of folks on the phone and via e-mail and have "sold" an extra part to someone that REALLY needed it.
Chris, you have something here to be REALLY proud of and I am truly impressed with your willingness to intervene to "get to the bottom" of an issue. And kudos to all involved in terms of ensuring that the shipping party remained anonymous, preventing embarrassment.

You should get more than you are asking for on Ebay. I did a few months back for the RT.X2.

Er, hi Steven...........
Maybe a cultural thing, but what's an "extension wand"?
Do you mean a telescopic pan bar thus: Vinten | Vision Head Pan Bars | www.vinten.com If not, you've got me stuffed (baffled), for one. CS |

Does anyone have a Telco Cable for a Ross Synergy 100 Control Panel or a cable for a Grass Valley 110 Control Panel that they would like to sell.
Thanks Phil |
