GL-2 with Canon wide, varizoom lanc, XLR adapter
AK and HI people can bid on this set too.
Canon GL-2 in perfect working order. Bought new in 8/06. Looks pretty mint except for scuffing on the bottom from tripod plate. I'd guess 200+ hours of recording time. All original accessories (+ box) included except lens cap and large eye cup. includes original small canon battery and an additional large BP945 size aftermarket battery. Sample footage from the camera is at http://realtime.rhsmith.umd.edu/medi...me-fall-08.m4v Canon WD58 Wide Angle Converter lens for GL-2 missing outer cap (lost very recently), includes carrying bag, inner cap, lens hood. Has one very thin/light scratch you can only see under very bright light when examining the lens. I used this lens constantly and never saw the scratch visible on video but you might if you point the camera towards the sun. Will provide frame grabs of video including shots with sun on request. Varizoom Stealth LANC focus/zoom controller with maybe 100 hours of gentle use. Works great, very sensitive. Wire is a bit coiled from being wrapped around tripod handle. VariZoom Lens Controls, monitors, Camera Stabilizers & Supports, Batteries, Monitor Kits Phone: 512-219-7722 SignVideo XLR Pro XLR-to-mini audio adapter. Used very little, like new. Works fine. Smothly adjusting volume knobs and switchable grounding for more hum-resistance are two added features this has over the Beachtek. XLR-PRO XLR adapter KATA rain cover http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...ain_Cover.html sized for GL2, used a very few times, some white spots from rain, but in good condition. I'm asking $1800 for the set. Shipping is extra: cost of UPS ground + insurance to wherever you are. Pay by paypal or I'll wait a few weeks for your check to clear before sending. --Shayne Weyker Last edited by Shayne Weyker; May 13th, 2009 at 05:37 PM. |

Canopus ADVC-100 Analog<->DV converter
AK and HI people may bid too.
The ADVC100 is ideal for monitoring DV footage while editing or capturing from analog (NTSC or PAL) tape. Feature-rich, and FCP recognizes it more easily than many DV camcorders. Canopus ADVC-100 Canopus ADVC-100 Also deals with somewhat poorly stabilized video and (unlike later versions of this device) macrovision. Excellent condition, works great, comes with all original accessories + original box. Unit Has a piece of velcro tape on top surface. $190, shipping is whatever UPS ground is to wherever you are. Pay by paypal or check but I'll wait a few weeks for a check to clear before sending. I also have a GL2 camera + kit on sale and if you buy this and that I'll combine shipping. --Shayne Weyker Weyker Video |

Have you tried Craigslist in your local area? Also what do you plan on using the shotgun mic for? Mainly indoor/outdoor? Documentaries, films, etc..? Are you a boom op or camera person?

What are the wattages on these lights?
Also, I saw your comparison today. Are you ditching these in favor or another light? If so, why? If you'd like to answer me off list I'm ok with that.

It's not listed in the spec. Most of the spec from other LED lights are claiming output wattage equvalency. And they are not accurate.
The SWIT light i have claim it has a 40W equivalent output. But it is just almost as bright as the Canon VL-10 (10w output). But you can see from the comparison videos I posted on how bright they are. http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/photon-ma...amera+shootout

I just got my eCoupon via email, but there's really nothing for my EX1 camera. If anyone is planning on buying anything from this seciton: Advanced Amateur / Professional Camcorders & Accessories | Sony | SonyStyle USA I'd be open to a trade for cash - $450 for a $500 eCredit.
