Rostronics?
Their website has been down for "upgrades" for a few days now. They also don't seem to have anything up on eBay right now. Anyone know what's going on?

Rostonics
This came up in another thread recently. I had one of their webpages on my laptop to order from and placed an order last week. IF you went to their home page, you got their down screen, but the page I had saved was "inside" that one. Ultimately, after I placed the order, I got an email saying they were delaying orders. I sent a follow up email that was responded to immediately, with the indication that they had a problem with the supplier of the Britek lights. The fact that they responded within a few minutes of my email left me heartened.
I requested they inform me about status, but have heard nothing more.

Pricing issues with new management at Britek. The site's been down at least 2 or 3 weeks now. DVXuser has a thread with more info.

Rostronics Orders seem to be going through
I placed an order tonight with Rostronics, and received two acknowledgments of the order-- one from Tom at Rostronics. It appears to be business as usual.

Ahhh, that's good news...and it looks like the prices haven't budged. Here's hoping they can keep up with all those backorders.

Customer Service is Good
I ordered the Softboxes with the dual 300/600w lights and had a problem with a barndoor and it turned out one of the lights was the wrong model - contacted Tom and he quicly resolved the problem for me.
The Briteks look good and setup easily. So far so good!
